I can’t select my email in the list

A content can only be associated to one message, so in the content selection, you can be alerted of that. In that case, verify the message already link, if maybe you or someone of your team already created it otherwise you have to modify the existing message to change its content first.

If your email is in grey, it means that it’s already link to a campaign. If you duplicate an email, be sure to erase each additional attribute fields, in the ‘PROPERTIES’ tab, after having create a new content, thanks to the duplicate option.

Global turnover < Sport turnover

The global turnover can be lower the the sport one.

It’s mainly due to local campaigns (=Interact tool) because there are linked to a lot of different sports. In that way, when you only filter on the sport level, it’ll displayed the campaign linked to the sport, but the displayed sport turnover os tje one for all sports of the corresponding messages. So with local campaign, the turnover will quickly increase.

To avoid that kind of display misunderstanding, you need to filter on campaign classifications (and exclude local ones for example). icheckFO

I can’t find the correct campaign

If your message don’t have any campaign or is badly affected it could arrive in one of this “garbage” campaigns icheckFO

In Firefox I don’t access the Reporting nor the Campaign Module in Salesforce

It could be your first time doing it and you have to enable the pop up for this page. Enable the popup for this website in the URL bar and try again, it will work.
