  2. We are doing tests and searching for a solution
  3. We are solving your problem

If we do not have a proper understanding of your problem and information about your issue, the resolution delay we’ll be less effective and longer

We give you a list of information that we need, most of the time we’ll need :

  • Which tool are you using?
  • What action are you trying to take?
  • The step to reproduce the problem
  • The name of your Audience, email address, email campaign, content, journey etc …
  • The message error displays if there is one
  • Pictures of your issue
