Who did you contact ?

This is the second tab “Contacted” in the Dashboard

Purpose

Analyze, according to the chosen criteria, the distribution of your communication on your CRM Database, to understand if you have a contact with everyone and the frequency of the contact, with also a commercial pressure view.

Make your selection

In this tab you have the possibilty to select the following criteria :

  • Your country (You can also decide to select other countries to compare your KPI with another country)
  • The sport (Level 1) to have a specific view about the users linked to a sport (Based on the Deduced sport AI algorithm provided by the SUI team from HubMessage that check the purchase, web visit, sport declaration, Decathlon coach data… to calculate and define a sport interest selection for each customer)
  • The sport (Level 2) to have a specific view about the users linked to a sport practice (Based on the Deduced sport AI algorithm provided by the SUI team from HubMessage that check the purchase, web visit, sport declaration, Decathlon coach data… to calculate and define a sport interest selection for each customer)
  • The period of your analysis. (You can select a specific Year / Month or Week or select a period Year to date / Month to date / Week to date, it means Since the beginning of the Year / Month / Week)
  • The kind of users you want to analyze (Member with a Yes to the communication consent only / All members). It will affect the KPI in the tab.

Section 1 : Members contacted in the selected period

In this section we will be able to analyze the number of people contacted over the selected period, understand the share of our community affected and the behavior of members with regard to the communications received (Open / Clicked / Unsubscribed).

Section 2 : Commercial pressure on the selected period

In this section we will be able to analyse the commercial pressure on your community and understand if it is well distributed and adapted.
